What happens to unused hours?
Rollover, scheduling and cancellation arrangements are confirmed in your retainer agreement.
What if I need more time?
We agree additional work and costs before going beyond your allowance.
Is this the same as website hosting?
No. Monthly creative retainers are separate from service-site hosting. The enquiry website’s hosting includes its own basic-edit allowance.
